Policies & Etiquette

Autograph Policy: An autograph policy is only in effect for official competition rounds
(Thursday - Sunday). Once a player’s round has started, he may not sign autographs until the round is completed, except at his option during a period of suspension of play. Autographed items are limited to a size of 8.5 x 11”. Clipboards will NOT be allowed.

Camera Policy: Cameras are only allowed on-site for the Pro-Ams and practice rounds Monday - Wednesday. They are not permitted on the grounds during tournament play Thursday - Sunday.

Mobile Device Policy: Please silence your mobile devices. Calls are only permitted in designated “Cell Phone Zones”. No video recording is allowed at any time. Violations may result in confiscation of the mobile device or removal from the tournament. Be respectful of play.

Junior Admission Policy: Juniors ages 15 and under can attend the RBC Heritage free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Tournament Information

Merchandise Tent: The Official Merchandise Pavilion is in a new location.  It is located between holes 1 and 9 in front of the Heritage Expo Village.

Methods of Payment: Cash must be used at all concession stands. Credit cards, travelers checks and cash are accepted in the Clubhouse, Heritage Pavilion, Merchandise Tent, Shared Hospitality venues and Ticket Office.

ATM Machines: ATM machines are located at the tournament’s Merchandise Tent, The Quarter Deck and the Heritage Lawn.

Bleachers: There are bleachers located throughout Harbour Town Golf Links. Access to the bleachers is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free for all spectators. Wheelchair accessible viewing areas are located at the 13th, 15th and 18th greens.

There are also Observation Areas created around the golf course. These locations enable spectators to have exceptional views.

Observation Areas and Bleacher locations are outlined in the daily pairing sheets available at the tournament each day.

Concession Stands: Concession stands are located in the following areas:

• 2nd Green
• 10th Fairway
• 15th Green
• 17th Green
• Michelob 19th Hole

• 8th Green
• 13th Green
• 18th Green
• Heritage Pavilion (Clubhouse)
• Heritage Expo Village

First Aid Stations: First Aid Stations can be found in two locations on the tournament grounds:

• Heritage Expo Village - between holes 1 and 9

If the need for medical assistance should occur, please notify the nearest RBC Heritage Volunteer.

Lost and Found: Lost and Found is located in the Ticket Office located in Clubhouse parking lot.

Helpful Tips

Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the Marshals.

Please remain still throughout each shot and do not move until all players in the group have played or holed out.

Please walk carefully. Never run.

Please display your ticket or badge at all times.

Please kneel or sit down if you are in the front row of bleachers or next to gallery roping.

Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the golf course beautiful.

Please recycle cans and bottles in the bins provided by Coca-Cola.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on the golf course and may be checked at the Ticket Office (next to the Clubhouse).

• Radios and MP3 Players
• Signs or Banners
• Coolers
• Backpacks, packages & other large carry items bigger than a small purse
• Cameras (except during practice rounds and Pro-Ams, Monday — Wednesday)

Notice: Please take your chairs with you at the end of the day. Chairs left overnight will be removed by course maintenance.

Above items will be confiscated if seen on the course.
This policy will be strictly enforced.
